Honest Review: While I were sent a bag with a broken zipper, the exchange is easy the owner have corrected the situation. I did not have it for my anniversary gift but a new bag sent and received couple of days with much secure packaging. It really happens, and I really understand it. I was not required to send the bag back, quite surprising indeed. Now I can donate the first bag to those who is in need.
