Return process
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@couture-avenue.us for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with the original packaging.
Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
To return damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team via email below. Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with it.
Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will contact you to determine the best solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
We do not accept order exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your selection and would like to purchase a different product, please return the item you do not want first and then order the product you want.
